Yes, I have had 7 flushes. I felt much better after the first flush and most of my symptoms cleared after the 2nd flush! My aches, pains, eczema, extreme fatigue and brain fog were due to a build up of acid and toxins caused by a clogged liver and gallbladder (and unfortunately parasites) that were flushed away. I take MH's dewormer and LBB,lecithin and a liver cleanse formula. I have continued flushing every 2 - 3 weeks and changed to mostly fruits and vegetables. My hands no longer feel like sandpaper! I have lots of energy and can handle stress and pressure like never before. I still have a thyroid issue that I am watching carefully.

When I do eat SADD food, and unfortunately I still do on occasion, I immediately feel a difference - not good. So, that tells me that the root of the cause is still there and I believe a good OJ FAST will cure the cause. Plus my ph is still acidic.

I'm not a good faster, so I'll have to work my way up to the longer ones. Thursday I'll shoot for a 7 day fast and if I can, I'll go for 14 days. Who knows, maybe I can make it for 21 days which MH says is ideal.

When I tried the OJ Fast before, I only lasted 4 or 5 days. On the 3rd day I passed many, many intestinal liver flukes.....disgusting to know I had those things.
