Actually I read that over there too. I have no idea either. I unfortunately disagree with many many things that they write over there. I don't think I have more knowledge, but I've been exposed to so many things here on this forum, that you can figure out what works and what doesn't work.

I say pull like hell when you are sick. I think it does a world of good. That's my BIG 2 cents anyway.
