Ginger sounds good, I've done ginger washes and ginger packs, I should try it in a foot bath. I know the philosophy is it helps balance your bodies meridians, but i didn't know you soak feet for 1/2 hr. I thought it was 10 minutes. I usually use Epsom Salts or Sea Salt . But ginger sounds more circulatory. I may try to squeeze some grated ginger drops in my oil pull also. That will really wake me up. Thanks for the twist.
