Hi, I have the book which I purchased directly from MH in June 2007. On the copyright page it states at the bottom: Thirteenth Printing, February 2001, 25th Anniversary Edition. There is a forward page which states the changes that were made to this edition. So every printing is probably updated.

Regarding the herbal recipes, this particular printing has a chapter which discusses the collection of herbs, drying instruction, storage of herbs, and administration (preparation). It does supply the recipes for MANY of Dr. Christopher's formulas, but not all.
