Hello everyone, I want to purchase Christophers's School of Natural Healing Book but there seems to be different versions of it out there. I've seen a 1976 version, 1978 version, 1983 version, 20th anniversary version, and 25 anniversary version.
Which version is the one to buy? For those of you out there who own the book, which version do you own?
Does anyone know which version MH sells? And is there a big difference between the versions?

This is a reply to # 1,006,764Sorry to jump in on your question but I would like to ask one as well. I have the Dr. Christopher colon book and his Herbal home Health care. The colon book gives you ingr. but not how much or how to make it and the Herbal Home has his formulas like the Kidde soothe or the herbal parasite syrups etc.. but not HOW to make them. I want a book about HOW to make them. Will the Dr. Christopher's school of natural healing book have that or just ingredients again like the others.

Hi, I have the book which I purchased directly from MH in June 2007. On the copyright page it states at the bottom: Thirteenth Printing, February 2001, 25th Anniversary Edition. There is a forward page which states the changes that were made to this edition. So every printing is probably updated.
Regarding the herbal recipes, this particular printing has a chapter which discusses the collection of herbs, drying instruction, storage of herbs, and administration (preparation). It does supply the recipes for MANY of Dr. Christopher's formulas, but not all.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,006,764They are mostly all the same, the latest book has their added names, but the formulas are still suppose to be the same.
IF you can buy older books, by all means do. The new one is just fine, unless they lied to us and did change something, we just talked to them because a few were causing panick and Davod Christopher owns the books and he claims the formulas are original, but some names have changed to fit the present company.
David owns the books and thus has to print them, so thats the reason for differant prints. "IF" he ever went commercial, the fda would pressure the book printers to burrie the books and they could NEVER EVER be printed again. So David keeps total control.
