nb: I know this is SUPER off topic and Im sorry, its just I really really respect so many people on the part of CZ and their immense knowledge and experience that I'd appreciate some input from people here if they could spare a moment.
So, Ive cleaned up my diet, liver flushed, bowel cleansed, juice fasted, am taking
Iodine and herbs for detoxification and including nutrient dense foods for minerals and vitamins but im STILL not well after a year and a half.
Im finding self diagnosis almost impossible, I simply dont know whats wrong because I have so many vague symptoms ranging from chronic fatigue, headaches, bowel issue, heart palpitations/arrythmia, general malaise, joint pain and odd feelings. Its all so non-specific that its driving me mad. I dont care what it takes to cleanse I will do it, I just need focus!
I am about to start a Schulze
Bowel Cleanse and then onto humaworm.
I am thinking that maybe it would be a good idea to see a kinesiologist who could perform some tests to at least narrow down a diagnosis on my issues. Do people think that £60 would be a prudent investment of my (very, very, very limited funds). I need some direction and if I knew and could say 'Metals or
parasites or candida' or a combination thereof I could attack the issue and heal but I cant tell if anything is working.
What are peoples thoughts on kinesiology generally? Do you think that it might prove a useful testing method? Im just going through a bit of a frustrated phase and its annoying me that Ive spent a great deal of time (and money) healing and I feel that if I could focus on something and see direct results it'd lift my mood.
Thanks to everyones replies.
