Hello again! I am not a fan of soy at all. There has been a lot of hype about how healthy it is in the past, but recently it has come to light that it isn't so great after all. It affects hormone balance which is a huge factor with
Acne and also causes problems with the thyroid. Below I have enclosed a link to a recent thread regarding soy. Please read through the articles. They are extremely useful.
As far as the tea goes, I know it has some healthful properties, but it also contributes to dehydration (I forgot to mention how important staying well hydrated is) and also kidney stones. It is important for you to judge what works for you. We all have different triggers and foods that we are sensitive to. I know that any sort of caffeine gives me acne. It might be worth it to stop for a month or so and see how it affects your skin. If you don't see any improvement after stopping, then go back to drinking it. It can't hurt to try it out.
As far as the
Antibiotics go, the main damage that they do is damaging the healthy bacteria in your intestines. Probiotics and Primal Defense will help with that. There are also foods that you can eat such as yogurt, kefir, saurkraut, and cultured veggies that with help increase the good bacteria.
I really don't know much about Accutane. I would not recommend taking it again though! I imaging
Liver Flushing would help counteract any damage that it has caused.
Bowel cleansing is also very important. I know you said you have done two colonics. That is a good start! Make sure you keep it up and consider doing a deeper fiber based cleanse. I think the post directly below us refers to some success that people have seen with that.
Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
