A nutritionist will definitely help your situation out greatly. It sounds like adrenal fatigue and low thyroid function but I do agree it can be helped through diet alone (and arguably should). I think a vegan diet will help a lot. How long have you been vegan?
My rules are eat tons of colorful veggies, eat any vegetable/nut carb in moderation (with meals), eat fruit on empty stomach, don't eat Sugar
unless unfiltered honey, don't eat processed foods (eat whole wheat flours and rices, don't eat ANYTHING processed including chocolate, xanthum gum, anything you can't pronounce, none of it!), eat a green drink to supplement http://www.amazon.com/Vibrant-Health-Plant-Based-Superfood-Probiotics/dp/B00SK66JZ6/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1457124059&sr=8-1&keywords=green+vibrance
, try to eat more seaweed or rub Iodine
on your skin every night, use magnesium oil nightly http://www.amazon.com/Pure-Magnesium-Oil-Spray-Transdermal/dp/B011T9TASI/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1457124108&sr=8-2-spons&keywords=magnesium+oil&psc=1
, don't eat soy (unless tempeh), make sure your water is filtered from organic and non-organic materials including fluoride http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_2?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=zero+water
, and consider taking a vegan omega-3 supplement. I got rid of parasites, candida, and am slowly working on building up my thyroid and adrenal function. It works, diet WORKS, trust me. You just have to stay away from the human-processed crap.
