Hi I am new here and interested in healing hormonal imbalances through a vegan diet and supplements. I was on the raw till 4 diet and tried taking Armour and both brought me to an extreme imbalance with pain and mood swings and weakness. I am not under the care of any doctor. I wish to stay on a vegan diet. The diet I am looking at doing is 1/3 root veg 1/3 beans 1/3 greens.
Any other vegans or people who can advise me. I am trying to eat smaller meals and add protein without all the fruit and starch. Thanks
