Day 37...I think
Losing count of the days, that's when you know it's been a long time.

I've been REALLY busy the last few days thats why I haven't updated in a while.
I think it's day 37, but I haven't bothered counting for a while.
Lately I've been alternating between two trains of thought:
-I can't WAIT to start experiencing the wonderful pleasure of eating my favorite foods.
-I REALLY don't want to go back to eating, I love this feeling of health and clarity while fasting.
So I'm conflicted, but I'll have to eat eventually. I'm going to start with one type of raw fruit a day on Monday the 10th. I'll do that until Wednesday night where I will fast again until Sunday morning, when I'll be "Done."
Meat will be out for at least a month, but to be honest, I don't really eat meat anyways, so I'll probably stay away for good.
Eggs will be out for a few weeks, as well as flour and refined sugar. I just don't think my body can handle it.
Also, I'll be adhering to Dr. William H. Hay's food combining rules, if I eat anything but raw fruit and veggies.
