I was feeling hungry today but recognize it’s not true hunger. I have plenty of nutrients in reserve and have gone into ketosis. I have depleted my glycogen and my body is turning fat and unnecessary tissue into energy. Still have all the energy I’m used to so I’m getting more things done around the house. I am down 4 lbs so far but that is all water weight. I don’t care it helps to motivate me. Other than not eating, it was a normal and productive day.
