more thoughts and a MUST read book

Do you look at a piece of cake or pizza and say, "i can just LOOK at that and gain weight"
You've got to change that kind of thinking.
Instead say things like "I'd rather be slim than to eat that piece of pizza" or think of yourself as slim, and SEE yourself as slim.
Right now, I am thinking, i'd rather go a few more days on this juice feast/fast, than to eat right now. I'd rather see myself as slimmer and ideal weight.
You MUST read the following book. I'm reading it now and it's soooo inspiring and FULL of wisdom about a good LIFE and happiness. It's called "Follow Your Heart" by andrew matthews. You will be sooo glad you got and read it.
