Re: what are green blobs made of
by truestones 20 y
Makes sense to me. I have read earlier that green blobs could possibly be from green stool, which occurs when you get diarrhea. I wonder if the flushing process causes diarrhea, which in turn produces the green blobs?
I did a google search and came up with this link on green stools:

Interesting!
I tend to get very dark green stools from Perfect Food (super green supplement) and blueberries. Are you eating blueberries or blackberries? :)
Green stool usually happens when there’s oxygen-friendly microbes helping to further break down the fecal matter. The bile salts/bilirubin usually attract microbes that oxygenate things. So green stools are often due to eating some kind of oil/fat.
Many CureZone members have reported seeing dark green, almost black, stools from taking a good intestinal cleanser, and some consider it a sign of success, as in the cleanse is almo ...

Important update
by Johnny Vegas 20 y
OK I just realised something. Over the previous 24 hours I had consumed 3-4 bowls of yoghurt (haven’t eaten yoghurt in months/years). And in that yoghurt I put 2 teaspoons of xylitol. Something you should know about xylitol is that it passes through the GI tract mostly undigested - and it is strongly osmotic.
Finally it slipped my memory, but I noticed green stools a day earlier (I never get green stools).
So my current hypothesis is:
I ate a lot of fatty yoghurt which caused a release of bile which wasn’t absorbed back because of the osmotic pressure exerted by xylitol. As a result I ...

Green Stools
by Jhan 21 y
Green stools is either bile discharge, (like when you do a liver cleanse or when you take loads of carrot juice or apple juice for liver treatment) , or else it witnesses the presence of oxygen in the chemical reaction (good sign). Your case seems to be the latter. I’ve had such green stool prior to passing mucoid plaque - your intestine seems to be getting rid of the top layer of its crust!

Since about 6 months ago I developed dark green stool with little redish pellet type things in it. It is never brown, every bowel movement I have its dark green no matter what.
I’ve also developed more and more severe lower abdominal distention.
I’m quite skinny and don’t weight a lot so the lower abdominal distention is not fat. Its hard and swollen. The distention goes away when I lay down flat but as soon as I stand up my abdomen gets hard and swollen and distends significantly.
My abdominal distention could be related to the green stool or it could be related to something else ...

Green poop during pregnancy

It is a common occurrence for pregnant women to pass green poop and there are a variety of reasons for this, including intestinal ailments like IBS or IBD, prenatal vitamins, certain medications like antibiotics, diet changes as pregnant women are advised to consume meals high in vitamins and minerals, and, lastly, decreased colon transit time.

Darker stool is better. Green stool mean nothing wrong, only mean candida overgrowth and die-off starts.
Care about die-off, i mean YOU MUST more candida to die each day. Remember - candida grow mostly at nigth(there is no symptoms of growing at all). So die-off could mean you are seeker, but mostly mean you are on good track !!

That’s worth more than 2 cents.
Stool starts out green , then turns bright yellow as it goes through the digestive tract. It is bile and bacteria that finally turn it brown. Yellow or green stools can indicate stool is passing through the digestive tract too rapidly not giving it a chance to change colour. Bright yellow stools can also indicate not enough bile / bilary obstruction.

Green coloured mucus in the bowel movement is commonly a sign of bacterial activity in the colon. Also occupied by ’bad egg’ flatulence. This gas is hydrogen sulphide made by bacteria in the colon.
As bile makes its way through the intestines, it progressively changes colour from green to yellow to brown, due to the action of bacteria in the large intestine on the bile salts. Sometimes a green stool often indicates that food has passed through the intestines faster than normal (called decreased bowel transit time), before it could be changed from green to brown. In this case the whole s ...

What does loose green stools mean?

I notice ever since liver flushing I’ve been getting lots of loose green stools.
I do eat a lot of spinach and heard it turns the stool green.
What do you guys think it could be?
My diet consist of usually vegetable juice, organic eggs, sweet potatoes, fruits, lean meats like fish, tofu, or chicken breast, salads, bananas, water, occasional vegan protein shake.
Could this be a liver gallbladder thing?
Thanks.

Re: a thin, foul-smelling stool with dark green.

If you have the occasional green stool—don’t panic! Most likely it is normal, and there is a perfectly reasonable explanation. Think about the foods you ate, any vitamins or supplements you took—even if they’re not green in color.
There can be many reasons why stool appears to be green. The first and most obvious reason is eating green foods. Green, leafy vegetables contain chlorophyll which could be coloring the stool green. Foods with dark purple coloring like Kool-Aid, popsicles, and gelatin (Jell-O) can also result in rainbow-colored stools. Iron supplements or even foods that are r ...

”Normal” stools are generally greenish brown in colour. If you’ve had a liver/gallbladder problem then your stools immediately prior to flushing may not have been completely ”normal”. Green stools can indicate a reaction to food colourings, supplements or additives. They can also indicate the presence of bacteria. As your body chemistry may have change you need to review the amount and combination of supplements you consume, particularly things like digestive enzymes.

Green Stool = Good Bacteria (probiotics) Not Present Inside Bowel
It is good bacteria that converts green bile pigment from green color into yellow.
In your case, flush or post flush diet flushed out all beneficial bacteria(probiotics), so your gut is bacteria free. That is not good, may cause constipation.
You need probiotics infusion (probiotics enema), or fecal flora replacement enema (infusion).

Over the years I’ve eliminated matter of different colors, consistencies and with various odors. Very often it was brown sludge followed by green stool. Can’t tell you if that’s bile or not because my bile has never been green. However, the stones that come out are green so it could be mushed up cholesterol.

I’ve never had any type of gallbladder problems before, I just started flushing 3 months ago due to fatty liver. Just in the past few days I keep getting heartburn, some nausea and green stools (like the color when you flush). I’m also down with a terrible cold, borderline pneumonia----does this all sound like a gallbladder problem to you? I know that when bile is lacking the stool color is light, but what if there’s too much? and would flushing too often cause an overproduction of bile?

Green stool means you got extra bile into your bowels (or else you are eating a lot of green veggies or taking iron supplement). Extra bile will definitely KILL all the potential bacteria/parasites so I do not see why you should worry about these.
My best advise is to find someone who can do the live blood cell analysis. They can help a lot!

-mercury detox from DMSA
-mold from running moldsript 10h per day
-old bile from iodine
Forgot to mention that I starved myself the last few months and I’m just coming back to good eating habits.

don’t listen to these people , you have a liver issue.can you drink a cup of black coffee without feeling ill?
the green stool could be caused by a reduction in bilirubin or an increase in bile (bile = green)
liver pain just confirms where the problem is
when you take into account eye twitch and a muscle ache in chest it is quite possible you have a deficiency in magnesium , people low in magnesium will get muscles that twitch uncontrollably.i advise magnesium supplement for starters , a good one not an oxide.magnesium is also used in many of the bodies detoxification processes.

Beta-carotene (a form of vitamin A) may cause orange stools as a side effect so check any sources of vitamins or supplements, as well as intake of foods high in beta-carotene (carrots, sweet potatoes, etc.). Another possibility is if the stool is more pale-orange, it might indicate lack of bile salt (which gives stool a brownish color).
