Hi NewGuy...Sorry you’ve had to wait so long for a reply. We do a lot of juicing and have for well over 20 years. Veggies are healing and fruits are cleansing. But I never combine fruits and veggies...except for adding apple once in a while to our veggie juice. Our main juice...which is just loaded with nutrients...is Spinach (just a big handful for one glass) about 3 big carrots...and 1/2 apple. Girls...The reason you suffer from large pores is because you’ve evidently never been caught with ’egg on your face’. :-) Try this one time...and see the unbelievable difference. ”Wash” your face by putting a little salt or baking soda in with a little mayonnaise...the mayo has to be real mayo...not fat free. Gently rub that all over your face. Splash with warm water to be sure you get it all off. This is a great post...and is exactly what I’ve been trying to explain to my doctor. Today was my 4th colonic with the Naturopath in St Louis and still nothing. She said her worst patient with spastic colon didn’t have a release until the 8th colonic. My sessions are lasting about 45 min. to close to 1 hour. She’s having me drink the Keri Tea (I think it’s called...that comes with the Dr Natura kit) we tried fiber for 2 nights but that didn’t help so she had me stop that.
