That does tend to happen when making colloidal silver. There are methods to reduce or prevent it. One is to switch the polarity so that the current flows in different directions which helps prevent the deposits on the electrodes. I purchased a buck/boost voltage converter on ebay for under £15 which upped my 12 volt cheap wall plug in PSU to 38 volts. Sleep issues tend to be due to high histamine which is a stimulant, a high glutamate/GABA ratio and high cortisol which sensitizes the nervous system. That might sound counter to your experience with licorice but it is the general rule IMO. It largely depends upon what you are deficient in producing and what you are attempting to digest. If you suffer from hypochlorhydria then betaine hcl MIGHT be helpful or it might not because Urease can counter any acid which is it’s job. If you deficient in enzymes then you would need an enzyme formula or possibly pancreatin which is a lot cheaper. Not all the Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) will be encapsulated and it will most likely have a fairly low pH which they might be reacting to. Your unknown stressor is the result of adaption to stress and is a chronic condition. I have had it for over 20 years and I did make some small improvement but other things have largely prevented healing and will take some improving. You do not need to reach the large intestine because that is not where your problem lies. The large Intestine is full of biofilms which are not a good idea to interfere with IMO.
