The oil thins out pretty easily. I have no problem with that.

As for the bathroom break. After doing some research I learned that the average transit time for a castor oil is five hours. I have been doing a Vitamix liquid diet recently and lots of fruit and five hours is right for me. This is after doing two pulls for 10 minutes each.
