Am looking for answers

I am new to this forum, suggested by another one. I understand that there are people on here who argee with it and others who are sceptic and sarcastic. I am a 23 year old girl and want to be cleansed but this is very extreme measures that don't come from a doctor I know. If I didn't know better I would try it and could have seriuos side affects. I just hope that everyone reading gets all the information before executing these techniques. My best protection is knowledge, so make sure you want to do this. I don't want to get sick, just to get rid of my acne.
