How to heal or stop Chronic diahhorea

I think I have tried just about everything, and I cannot hslt my chronic diarrhoe and gas,,,,,,,,,

I have suffered with this torture for most of mt life, have just abouit tried everything,

Can anyone here offer any solutions to try.................Anyone here who has had improvments?
