Re: Liver Healing Without Flushes
I am a complete novice, but I had a spontaneous ejection of one very large calcified stone (pullet egg size, smooth, black flecked with kelly green), simply from eating huge dark green salads dressed with a little olive oil and a squirt of lemon juice...daily, for weeks.
I slept sitting up on a slightly bumpy 3 1/2 hour car ride...head lolling forward.
At the end I suddenly felt slightly sickish, knew I needed a bathroom, and lost the stone between two distinctly different colors of fluffy stool...orangish, and yellowish.
Didn't hurt a bit, at any stage...though I can tell when they go scooting through the common bile duct.
Later, I tried White Tiger's preferred herbal
Liver Flush tea...and, over a few days, could feel five or six different-sized stones dramatically dropping from my liver into the gallbladder, one at a time. Ouch, ouch, ouch, hop, hop...but not unbearable. Sitting down soothes the sharp pinches somewhat.
Someone here wrote about
Liver Flushing and diabetes...and said they preferred a slow and gentle flush. I can't remember for sure, but I think they used the olive oil and lemon on salads, as I did.
White Tiger suggest peppermint tea, as a preventative. I munch some from the garden, sometimes.
I hope this helps.
Oh, I've found regular Humaworm
parasite cleanses to be very gentle, very effective, and very important. See the Ask Humaworm forum, and read a lot.
My best,
