Re: Anyone using bitters/coptis? What you think about this product to prepare for flush?(other)

Hello,
I have been using coptis and bitters for quite awhile now, and I find them very helpful for all my liver problems. Have you read the info at Julia Chang's site. It is very helpful. One thing about Julia's stuff that's different from a lot of other stuff is that she has researched and made sure that there are no estrogenic herbs in her tinctures. Estrogens are everywhere now and cause a lot of congestion in the liver. If you want to decongest your liver and not cause other problems, her stuff is the best. Also, since it is a tincture and alcohol based, it will be delivered to your liver and have a greater impact. You don't need to worry about the alcohol, though, because you take such a small amount. I can get relief for a lot of different pains in my body in 15 minutes or less from her tinctures. And the bitters helps my digestion.
Her products may seem expensive, but they last a long time. I don't take a lot at a time, and some bottles can last up to 6 months or longer.
I can tell you that I definitely think they are worth it. Also, she does advise to take them for a while before doing the liver flush. You may find after taking them that you don't even need to do a flush.
betta
