I already drink 2-3 quarts of water a day and don't think I can drink anymore. I weigh just over 100 lbs., so this is a lot for my weight.
To help things move along, I've decreased the Bentonite to 1/2 tsp. per shake and increased the psyllium to 1 1/2 tsp. I take this twice a day and since I started this new recipe, there has been no constipation. In a week, I'm going to do 3 shakes a day. At this smaller amount of bentonite, I don't know if I will see any obvious evidence of cleansing, but I figure it still has to be doing some good. I hadn't thought to add ground flaxseed to the shake. That's a good idea.
