According to E-lyte liquid mineral taste test, I have too much manganese (tastes fishy). I took a multi today that had 250% of the RDA for Mn (5 mg) in it. Dr Larry Wilson often recommends Mn when people have high Mn in a hair analysis test. Do you think if I took Mn now in a multi that it would be a good idea and possibly help me get rid of some excess Mn? I don't want to have to spend $300 on another hair test with interpretation, then have to spend $$ on lots of minerals that he recommends, and have to hold his hand for $$. I like to be a DIY'er. :-)
