I'm glad to know that you are on the same status as me. I can't answer your questions though, because I am a novice as this is my first master cleanse. There are some experienced people out there and they will be more than happy to help you through this process. Two that I can think of are Zoe and Senuim. They are wonderful, positive and won't give you anything but help along the way. I can say that this forum is wonderful and I'm very happy about what is happening to my body.
