I follow the SCIO values; take Cloves twice a day as reported in an earlier post.
Black Walnut +60 drops and Artemisia Combination 8-10 caps 2-3 days around full and new moons.
Didn't take anything this full moon, but ran the 2.5 hr FG cycle instead, figured that would be a nice treat for the critters...


A SOTA zapper was on ebay maybe 3 weeks ago, it wasn't sold. The seller has +2k feedbacks but I already tried searching and couldn't find the sellers name since it didn't sell it doesn't show up in advanced search...
