question: are you allowing the mucus to come free while pulling and mix with the oil?

for me, when I feel that happening, I spit, hock a loogie a few times and then pull with fresh oil.


if it's a lot of mucus that's discoloring the oil, consider breaking up your oil pulls with fresh oil.
