Tips for on a budget..um Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar..
The lemonade from The Master Cleanse drink or just squeeze some lemmon juice into water.
Bannanas are cheap, just let them get really speckled/ripe because they're useless yellow and green.
Kelp is cheap but disgusting...
If you have a juicer..carrot juice. carrots are cheap.
Millet and Quiona are cheap if you have a health food store that sells in bulk. .75lb at WholeFoods..organic too.
All the other grains/nuts/seeds can be sprouted too which makes them healthier than cooking.


Don't live by one alkaline chart. If you do some more google searches, you will see that there's a lot of differences. Like the chart you posted shows a lot of fruit as being "mildly acidic" and another will have it on the alkaline list.
