My testimony(once again)

Well, I posted this some days ago but I had to repost it, coz I think it's gonna help others as well.

I started painting 2-3 drops of Lugol's on my skin since March 2nd.
I saw that it gets absorbed within 2 hours leaving no trace of Iodine back.

The health benefits for me till now are:

I used to get headaches after working in the glasshouse in the airstreams and outside for hours under direct sun.The pain I had every night was unbearable.There were times that I couldn't sleep almost all night.I took suoper doses of royal jelly so as to counteract the pain, but not always succesfully.
But after using Lugol's I have no more any headache/migraine.I'm very happy about that.It has ammeliorated my quality of life!!

Another thing is that I now have more energy.I no longer feel like dragging my feet after some workout.
And all that only by painting!!
