This is a great site. Now I just need to learn how to interpret the charts and graphs. Once I do, it looks like there is a wealth of information. We have stewed apples and nopales every morning -- a Mexican/Ayrvedic way to start the day.

It was interesting to see your link to the Gutenberg Project. I am a volunteer proof reader for GP, and just passed my 300-page milestone.

As long as we live in Mexico, I will be studying Spanish. It doesn't come easy, but I persevere. Thanks for my new word for the day: chalar. Me gusta mucho chalando en los forums.

I started on the oil pulling forum, and am exploring the other CureZone Forums . Are you familiar with oil pulling? It is fantastic!
