67% How do you calculate? By weight? Like if I have a protein shake and a carrot, does that mean 50% of my meal is a veggy? Or do I need 2 carrots? I want to try up my veggies, but Im not sure what a serving even is. Last night I had 2 carrots and 2 celery sticks with hummus. So is that 50% of my meal?
