zapper question for PZ,AK & any electronics students

First, this question is within the general context of electro-healing devices sold as a Zapper, to include the likes of those first provided by Hulda Clark and others following in her foot steps. In other words, this question is not being asked with respect to electro-healing devices marketed as Rife, Beck, Crane etc, nor is it beign asked about any of the newer Clark devices (and similar knock offs made by others aside from Clark) that can be preprogrammed to "zap" across a spectrum of frequencies

Here are some excerpted comments by one such Zapper provider, followed by the link to his web site where the entire article as well as other references can be found.

I must be noted that neither Don nor we are still using frequencies in the 20,000 Hz range. Our Zappers oscillate at about 15 Hz and we have found this to more effective in that the lower frequencies allow the current to penetrate deeper into the body.

Zappers do not kill parasites because of certain frequencies. This is often confused, when you see other producers of Zappers advertising their various frequency ranges. The zapper kills parasites and dissolves pathogenic tissue, because of it's delivery of electric charge, not because of the frequency resonance phenomenon. This is the most clearly made statement I've found so far that talks about the effectiveness of Zappers being due to specifically to electric charge and not electrical frequency & resonance, the latter being a principle explored by Rife.

Just to be fair, I leave it that this may (operative word) be a characteristic of Terminator Zappers and perhaps not characterisitc of all Clark-style Zappers. Again, I'm talking basic Clark Zapper design that can output a "positive offset" square wave of one frequency, whatever that frequency may be, 30 KHz, 2.5KHz, 15 Hz, whatever. 

The question - does this statement of Georg's align with your understanding of all that's going on by using a Zapper?   (you Parazapper, Analog Kid and any other enthusiasts and or studets of electro-healing devices,  Zappers and or the corresponding  electronics involved).  If not, would you please elaborate a bit more?
