Re: How can I make my own alternative to tooth paste ?

"For a tooth powder:
Thoroughly mix 3 parts baking soda,. this is the cleanser and sweetener with one part salt. this is the abrasive."

You mean 3/4 baking soda and 1/4 salt. Right.

"Pour the compound into a short small-mouthed container.
If you'd like, add a few drops of peppermint or wintergreen oil to the powder. leaves your mouth feeling very fresh."

Could you show me a container since I can't visualise it very good. And can you give me links to where I can get organic peppermint or wintergree oil.

"For toothpaste:
For each half cup of homemade powder, add 3 teaspoons of glycerin, 10-20 drops of flavoring, either peppermint, wintergreen, anise, cinnamon or whatever you prefer.
Mix the ingredients real good in a bowl and add enough water to make a nice toothpaste."

How can I make homemade powder or where can I buy organic powder. Also where can I get/buy glycerin. Where can I get organic cinnamon flavoring.

Thank You.
