Re: oxypowder.....a few questions?
1. i have been taking 10 caps per night for 3 nights, and just about manage 3 BM's, now on day 4 im managing 2 BM's, do i have to up my intake again? and if so does do i have to go back to the beginning of the 7 day cleanse?
I think it's weird that you have to take so many. What is your diet like? How much water do you drink? Have you tried drinking lemon juice like the FAQ's suggest? Have you considered the MC? I got most of my colon cleansing from that in the beginning. Definitley cheaper compared to $50 bottles of
Oxypowder at the rate you're going.
I would say start from the beginning untill you find your dose just to be on the safe side. It even says somewhere that if you're not passing a lot of crap out of your system, you might want to wait before LF'ing.
2. if you decide to carry on cleasning after the 7 day period, how do you know when you have completed the cleanse, and have removed all old muciod plaque?
That's one thing I don't like about
Oxypowder . You have no idea when the Mucoid Plaque will come out and if it'll be liquified. Even with other cleanses on here, some people get MP out within a couple weeks others don't see it for like 2 months. No way of knowing with
Oxypowder . I passed MP while on the
Master-Cleanse and that wasn't liquified so maybe Oxypowder can't liquify it either. I don't know. You might want to do PB shakes or something after you do an oxypowder cleanse if it's that important to you. You can't even ask Oxypowder this question because they specifically say in FAQ's that they don't believe in mucoid plaque.
4. is there anyone who just takes the starting does of 4 caps, or is this to lull you into a false sense of security about the products economics, as if i have to start taking more than 10 caps per night it will start to get expensive?
I started with 6 pills, then dropped down to 5 and dropped down to 4 when I was really regular. I started reducing when I felt cleaner, had a lot of bms, saw things coming out a couple hours later instead of the next day, etc. Hard to explain, I think I *just knew* when to start reducing them.
