Dear friends, I need your help urgently

Dear friends
I need you opinion indeed. Earlier I posted messages about my having pain in a groin area and spine for the last 6 months. Today I went to doctors to have x-ray done. It showed bone thinning in those areas only where I have pain, not the whole bones. They suspect metastatic breast cancer which went to bones, as I have a big breast lump which increased in size and considerably. I thought all my problems were related to accumulation of toxins. They will send me to have the needed tests done next week.I don't know how I can survive this period of time waiting. I can't remember how I reached home I was in a state of shock. Now I am tninking if I have PH morn urine 6.3-6.4, saliva 6.8, I heard cancer patients are much more acidic especially with metastases. I don't know what to think. I understand not much can be said until tests are done. Just I can't come to terms that I did so many cleanses to the point of such a desease. I still don't beleive what they said, but only thing that worries me is that my thinning of bones happened only on specific areas, they say if bones get thinning, it happens with a whole bone. Does anyone has any people with such a desease or have you heard anything about breast cancer? Please if you know anything related please let me know
