I've mainly had them as broth, or strong tea with ACV and tamari...

if I can find a lot of fresh young ones next spring I'm going to make a pureed soup of nettles with mushrooms, I'm thinking.

I used to like Uell Gibbons I think was his name--(SP?) a book called
Stalking the wild Asparagus. You can search that way...
