Thanks for the info. I'm not even talking about something expensive. For example:
1.Test for virus (use Fscan or whatever)
2.If found, zap.
3. After zapping, test again.

Result: Virus still there or virus dead.

Simple, no testimonials.

The testimonial thing comes in handy with religion but here I'm sure simple proof is quite possible.
