Hi, Smoothman,

The best way is to get educated so that you understand how these things work together, giving you the proper understanding of why you would eat this particular way and then you need to gather up the various foods that are part of the particular way you wish to eat. Otherwise, it is hit-and-miss.

For The Primal Diet, you will need to find raw dairy -- cream, butter, milk, cheese -- unheated honey, free-range eggs, coconut cream (which I make with my juicer and much whacking of coconuts), raw, green juices and raw meats which should be pasture-fed antibiotic-free and hormone-free. You may be able to find them without being pasture-fed. Eat no animal organs unless you know that the animal has been completely antibiotic-free and hormone-free because that is where the toxins would end up.

Unheated honey is that to which heat has never been applied; it is more than unpasteurized. I think that Whole Foods carries it. You will have to do considerable research to find these things, but once found, it is easy.

Raw eggs can be eaten Rocky-style -- plain and whole, or you can switch them up with an egg beater, or you can put a couple in with raw cream and milk, some honey and half a banana and blend. Delicious.

I could not find the site in my list today, but there is a company in Hawaii who sells raw honey that is supposed to be superb. I just have not got that far yet. Just Google it.

AV is not an advocate of a lot of fruit, but recommends about 40% fat -- RAW fats -- which are delicious.

He also has a lot of raw sauces which can be mixed with the meats for better digestion, etc.
