the best way is eat only what you can digest and then you never need to cleanse.

my next suggestion is herbs.

next- cold water enema done correct for no more than 2 weeks.

colonics only if your clogged tight and having a severe problem and then start the herbs as soon as your cleaned out.

food is the only true solution, just eat right.
