OJ and High glycemic index Vs Wheat grass juice sleanse- diluted

Hi MH- Joel,

Enjoyed reading "The school of self- applied prevention" and 108 page Book. Keep up the great work! Have you read the book "sick and Tired" by Dr. Young?

I have been eating mostly( 80-90%) raw veggies and some fruits for about 3 years. Energy level is awesome! I am still cleaning away pat sins. I have not healed all the pockets/ polyps in my intestines yet. Then again I haven't fasted more than a week at a time. I usually fast in the fall and in the spring. I have done about 10 liver flushes (Andreas Moritz) and allergies and food sensitivities are a thing of the past. Current challenges for me are poor memory - (lots of old mercury poisoning) Gray hair - had my wheatgrass this morning - nothing else. And damaged knee.

I am concerned about the orange juice cleanse because I have bad reactions to the High glycemic oranges. So far I have been juicing vegetable and grasses for my cleanses. I am looking forward to your 2nd book!!!
