MH or anybody else : Bottled Carrot juice

I'm always encouraging my mum to get some carrot juice into her, but given
that the organic shop is eight miles away and I know she won't get the
juicer out if I'm not about, would bottled carrot juice do as a substitute?

The local health store sells it.

They use a process called Lacto fermentation, which I looked up on this site

I don't know if this is valid or a gimmick.

Any ideas?
