Importance of removing dental metals?!?!
Hi MH & all,
I have debated whether to post this experience or not, I may be all wrong with my thinking.
Several years ago I read a couple of Hulda Clarks books and did the Kidney and Parasite cleanses, and Liver Flushes. Then I found several posts by MH & not long after that this forum was started. I sent for your free booklet. I go through & read & highlight & reread. I really want to learn and boy do I have a long way to go.
You state very early in the book," The top 3 things to restore health being Sunshine, Air, and Water, 3 things people take for granted and abuse the most in their lives." Re water: "Distilled water is the only water source, period." So, getting a distiller is top of my list. I thought that because I was drinking well water with no flouride and all the minerals, I was doing good. Now I know better. (Thank you MH). I live in the country in a unpopulated area. I get outside every day for a little sunshine & excercise with my dog.
Next I learn how very important it is to remove the dental metal. I knew I needed to do that & it was 'on the list' but as of right now I can't even afford a distiller, so the teeth will be a few months down the road. So I'm thinking I can at least change my diet. I had already cut my coffee consumption down to about one pot per day and replaced it with water (well water). This alone made me feel better. Then I had cut out meat (which I ate very little anyway) and was eating some apples, grapefruit, lemons, and lots of raw cranberries. I had bought some cilantro and parsley. I made jcounts cilantro pesto & just couldn't get enough of it (I ate a lot of it pretty much in one day) and I had made some tabouli with the regular parsley and fresh lemon juice--also devoured this in 2 days, plus all those raw cranberries. (Which by the way, I have since read your thoughts on cranberries--another thing I have learned) :)
This is what happened. It started with a headache, which I never have. Then my kidneys started hurting, just like they did the one time I had a kidney infection about 30 years ago (yes I still remember the pain). I'm thinking that the cilantro, parsley, and cranberries are really flushing my kidneys and I'm going through a healing crisis. I stuck it out for about 2 1/2 days and no relief. I had a cup of coffee and the pain eased a little. I might should have stuck it out, but thought I needed to concentrate on the dental & water first.
I was thinking that maybe I was detoxing and the more I detoxed, the more the metal leached from my dental work. I have 3 crowns and at least 5-6 fillings--a whole mouthful of metal.
MH, do you think I am on the right track in my thinking of why this happened? One thing I feel strongly about, dental metal is VERY important to remove & food can be very powerful.
Sorry this is so lengthy.
Betty
