Raw milk is still milk produced by another mammal species in order to fill requirements that are specific to that species. The ingredients contained in milk are not compatible with long term consumption (by either adult cows or humans).
Also, there are "nasties" contained in milk that are killed by pasteurization that can still be found in raw milk. Here is a table listing a number of Raw Milk related outbreaks. There was also a case, April 1985, where raw and pasteurized milk were mixed (accidentally) and served to the public -- four were killed and hundreds of thousands became ill. And that was only the immediate short-term result -- what we do not know now is how those people will react, in the long term, to exposure to other "nasties" that should have been killed by pasteurization such as bovine leukemia.
No, I would suggest that dairy milk -- in any form -- is not good for anyone except baby cows.
