I have never heard of such things! Have you actually run into anyone who has said this? (In which case, you have run into some pretty sick puppies!) Or is this a scenario you IMAGINE might happen? (In which case, it would seem you are in the middle of a pretty dark place yourself. Of course, that would explain why you are so quick to talk about dark places . . . they're familiar.)
