but i think if you can be strict enough to make it 40 days on water you can come off it and have self control. and with self control you should be able to not gain the weight back. i exercise 5 days a week now and keep active, but i am having surgery next week and i'm afraid if i eat while not going to the gym it will be bad. i will be out of the gym for 3 to 6 weeks and sense your supposed to rest on fasting water, i thought it would work out good. what do you think?
