Re: day 18

i smashed strawberry up and shook it up in some water. yummmmmmmmmmmmmmm. i got a tummy growly from the fiber bits...but a couple minutes later i felt the Sugar from the strawberry hit me and wake me up a bit and i dont feel weak.

i feel much better doing the water and the detox tea. i am peeing like mad. which also could be from the hoodia in my power pops along with the detox tea.

i feel with this detox tea it keeps stuff flushing out. normally by this time i would have a headache and dark circles from detoxing. but my dark circles (that were returning a bit) are less. i acutally look like i have make-up on. it has to be from that tea because it started happening (the lightening) when i was drinking the tea and still eating.

i dont have the detox chill yet. my eyes feel kinda sandy or something today. i should maybe drink more water with all this peeing going on. hee hee.

i am getting the slightly foggy head thing that happens as your blood Sugar drops.
but its not really that big of a deal. i actually feel kinda relaxed.

maybe this is going to be the first fast that doesnt seem like a trial of wills. it kind a feels that way...which signals to me that i am healing and not as toxic as last year.

also i have been eating veggie style which TOTALLY makes the hugest difference in how you feel on fasts. i had cheese...but no meats.meat really makes it a hard detox. im sure it has to be all the chemicals they inject them with and the medications they give them. poor little cowies...you think it would be the law that you have to be treated well if your destiny was the dinner table.

big trial later tonight. my s.o. is having people over....people that always order pizza......my smelling sense is starting to get sensitive..i am hoping the food just stinks too strongly to tempt me if they do get it. they are totally cool and wouldnt get it if i asked....but i am not that much of a diva....haa haa...
