thanks for the info. but i thought if you don't eat food the multi vitamins just flush through and don't get absorbed in the body? i'm only going to stick to water and Sea Salt i don't want to make it complex. i'll take the pain and hunger. and i'll drink veggie and fresh fruit juice at the end of the fast by day 25.
