well today was kinda my half start...since i decided to start mid morning and had already had coffee...so im starting full force water tomarrow(monday). Wish me luck(and wishing you luck)....im gonna need it! :) i am looking SO forward to no cravings!! not looking forward to the horrible headaches im gonna have from withdrawl...but its worth it i assume. i will do the same thing...i will weigh in again at 7 days.. only reason being...i know i wont last till ten! meaning...i wont be able to stay off my scale that long! lol
