We can keep our site up but not sell zappers according to some legal counsel. I do not know how the FDA stands on this but I will find out.

Thank you. I am trying to resolve this with the FDA. While that FDA claims that the process is not expensive, a former FDA prosecutor told me that there is probably no way that the FDA would ever approve the zapper and if they did, the process would cost over $1 million.
