I don't know about this being against God, but it carries the charactoristics of a cult movement.

Do you see anywhere in your bible where God commands us to chant and meditate? We are to pray and meditate in his Word. (bible)

I don't know much about this fhu but, it doesn't sit well with me.

You can just allow Jesus to move in your life, and by doing that you start the process of releasing pent up emotions.

You don't need any "foundation" to follow God. All you need is a heart full of love for Jesus and a bible. The rest naturally falls into place.
