I went 4 days without a movement AFTER taking psyllium for 3 days in a row. Scared me to death!

Yes, I had a great deal of gas (mostly trapped) which was very uncomfortable. I suggest the following:

Take a walk and, more importantly try the "wind releasing excercise" - //www.curezone.org/forums/post.asp?f=286&i=805

Again, I too was really freaked out by the length of time it took my body to respond. I felt uncomfortable yes, but never sick during the time it took to produce results. I am now glad that I let the physillum...and my body, work out the excellent results in their own time (..cause one more day and I would've seen my doctor!).
