My company-sponsored, BlueCross/BlueSheild-related health insurance covers chiropractic care. Not sure what state you're in, but chiropractic is largely respected here in WA. Of the two chiropractic clinics my family has used, walk-ins are almost impossible, due to the demand.

There are (at least) three clinics within five minutes of where I live. One is "classical", another wears a Jesus fish, and the third is clearly "New Age". Take your pick.
